Neighborhood Block Party

We’ll be having a neighborhood block party on Saturday, February 22nd, from 1-3pm at the gazebo. Come get to know your neighbors and enjoy some popcorn, hot chocolate, and coffee.

Removal of Leyland Cypress Trees

The HOA board is in the process of collecting quotes to remove the two large Leyland cypress trees next to our entrance sign. The right one is diseased, and threatens other trees in the neighborhood. Both have outgrown their location, and are causing issues with mold due to their shade. We’re planning to replace them with something similar, but smaller. If you’d like to share your thoughts about this with the board, please email the board at thesteeplechasehoa@gmail.com by Friday, January 24th.

Dues

Thank you for paying your dues! The money collected goes to maintain, improve, and beautify our neighborhood. If you need to make  special arrangements to pay or get up-to-date on your dues, please email the board at thesteeplechasehoa@gmail.com.

The election for the Steeplechase homeowner’s association board will be held at the gazebo from 4:30-7:00pm on Tuesday, November 5th. Come out and cast your vote for your HOA!

Mrs. Cynthia Cash-Greene has been kind enough to record minutes for our recent community meetings. If you’ve missed any of the meetings and would like to get caught up these are a great place to start.

We continue to meet each Tuesday evening in the gazebo at 7:00. Join us in helping to make Steeplechase an even better place to live.

We’re going to be having elections for the Steeplechase Homeowner’s Association Board coming up on Tuesday, November 5th. But in order to vote, we need your nominations for the board. You may nominate as many people as you would like for the five-member board by emailing your selections to thesteeplechasehoa@gmail.com. Please include your nominees’ names as well as their address, phone number, and/or email address.

We’ll be having a planning meeting on Tuesday, October 1st at 7:00 p.m. in the gazebo. We’ll be working on setting up an election for a new board to come in the next couple of weeks. If you’re interested in helping make our community the best it can be, bring a folding chair and some bug spray and join us. Everyone is welcome!
