Come get to know your neighbors and enjoy some popcorn, hot chocolate, and coffee.<\/p>\n The HOA board is in the process of collecting quotes to remove the two large Leyland cypress trees next to our entrance sign. The right one is diseased, and threatens other trees in the neighborhood. Both have outgrown their location, and are causing issues with mold due to their shade. We’re planning to replace them with something similar, but smaller.
